Welcome to PAC Dynamic
Hemodynamic and Energetic – Driven Precision Medicine
Tailoring heart failure therapies to the patient
Born out of a passion for physiology and hemodynamics, we believe that every patient is entitled to timely treatments to match their unique physiological needs. PAC Dynamic is dedicated to bringing the patient back to the center of heart failure care.
Improving outcomes in heart failure one patient at a time
Using computational fluid analysis, applied physiology and artificial intelligence together with the patient’s unique hemometabolic profile, we can model the anticipated response of a patient to medications and support devices. We integrate all of this information to create the Virtual Patient Simulator.
We match the patient to the optimal therapy at the optimal time to improve patient outcomes.
We provide consulting services to medical device companies with the goal to maximize performance from their pump while minimizing the hemodynamic disruption of the structural integrity and function of the native heart.
Our goal is to design medical technologies that are truly “smart” and adapt to the unique physiologic needs of the patient
Using advanced hemodynamic parameters and the concept of the hemometabolic profile, we can provide a complete physiologic assessment for a given patient and provide important prognostic information to guide care.
Complex patients can be referred for a personalized invasive hemodynamic assessment and consultation at our Physiological Assessment Center (PAC).
Using applied physiology and patient-specific modeling, we can define the cardioenergetic state of a patient.
We are building the next generation smart systems that vary based on the real-time physiologic needs to help promote myocardial recovery and stabilization of cardiogenic shock.

Several innovations in the use of novel technologies to better manage patients with HF were also featured in JACC: Basic to Translational Science.
In a research letter authored by Jonathan Grinstein, MD, FACC, et al., the Virtual Patient Simulator, a clinical decision support tool using patient-specific data from hemodynamic assessment in conjunction with a machine learning model for HF patients to more accurately predict an individual’s HF trajectory, is introduced.
